Artwork Guidelines

Embroidery

All file types are accepted as long as the resolution is high quality. Once we have digitised your logo we will save your digitised logo on file for future orders.

Please note there maybe some slight colour differences when your logo is stitched, we always match the thread as close to the logo you send us as possible.

Print

All file types are accepted as long as the resolution is high quality. If you can provide a vector file of your logo we may be able to waiver your logo setup for print.

Artwork & Sample Stitch Approval

Once you have submitted your logo or artwork, we will provide you either a sample stitch if you are having embroidery or an artwork proof if you are having print. This is for you to check and approve.
Please note - Your order will not go into production until artwork is approved.
