Setup Fees

We charge an initial setup fee starting from £15.00 + VAT per logo for both embroidered and printed designs.

This one-time cost covers the creation of your logo in stitch format or as a vector file, ready for printing. As part of the setup, we'll also create a sample pack for your approval before branding your garments.

Great News! All our bundles include 1 FREE LOGO SETUP!

Please note: Setup fees are chargeable per logo, but once paid, your logo will be saved on file for unlimited future use.

Sampling Process

Please Note: All digitized embroidery files and artwork vectors created by All Branded Workwear remain the sole property of All Branded Workwear. The 'Setup Fee' paid by the customer is a service fee covering the labor, technical expertise, and machine calibration required to prepare a logo for in-house production. Payment of this fee does not constitute a purchase of the digital file itself. All Branded Workwear does not release proprietary production files (.DST, .EMB, .OFM, .AI, .EPS) to customers or third parties. You are able to purchase ownership of these files for a fee of £75.00 +VAT.
