If you have received the incorrect item to what was ordered or your item is faulty, please contact us and we will arrange a collection of your item free of charge.
If returning for any other reason, we ask that you organise the return of the item.
Please note: we do not accept returns of customised items unless the item is faulty.

We’ll send you a return note, which you need to complete and return with your item.
If you are returning a blank item which is not faulty we ask that you please return it in the same condition as it arrived in.
We’ll then provide a refund to your original payment method within 5 working days of receiving the returned items.
You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return. Once this period has passed, items cannot be returned.
We will cover all costs of any item that is faulty or incorrect.
We will not cover or refund delivery costs of items unless they are faulty or incorrect to what you ordered.
